Our silicone foam sheet and silicone sponge sheet, made from premium closed cell silicone, offer exceptional mechanical strength, high temperature resistance, and resilience against chemicals, acids, and alkalis. Fully UV stabilized, they are designed for durability against ozone effects and harsh weather conditions. This particular product is available in a sheet size of width:≤1000mm x leng-th:customized. We can supply thicknesses from 1mm-9.5mm. We can also provide a variety of application specific grades. This ensures that you always get the perfect product  to match your specific requirements.

 

This product features a closed cell structure and a smoother outer wall. This ensures that liquid and gas are unable to pass through the sheets, providing excellent insulation and sealing properties. Our silicone sponge sheets also feature a wide functioning tempe-rature range from -40°C to 200°C.     

 

Perfect for long-term sealing needs with minimal compression cycles, these sheets are ideal as silicone foam gasket material. Their closed cell silicone sponge structure ensures consistent performance under various conditions, making them suitable for silicone foam sheet gasket applications
