M107 WATERPROOF COATING

SMT-M107 is one-component MS waterproof coating designed for building substrate surfaces. After curing, it forms a high-strength, hydrophobic, weather-resistant, and temperature-resistant elastic waterproof layer. This material is solvent-free, low in volatility, low in odor, and environmentally friendly.

Features:  

1.Solvent-free: Contains no harmful substances such as formaldehyde, toluene, or isocyanates.

2.Easy application: One-component coating, requires no mixing, and is convenient for construction. 

3.Excellent low-temperature resistance: After curing, it remains flexible and crack-resistant even at -40°C.

4.Strong adhesion: Exhibits excellent adhesion to concrete, stone, metal, glass, ceramic, wood, and other materials.  

5.Superior weather resistance: Outstanding UV resistance, suitable for long-term exposure to outdoor environments. 

6.Water resistance: Long-term immersion in water does not cause delamination.
