Description

LVT FLOORING ADHESIVE B301 is a non-toxic, water-based acrylic adhesive designed for high-performance vinyl flooring installations. This eco-friendly adhesive is solvent-free and complies with zero-VOC standards as per SCAQMD Rule 1168. Engineered for superior initial grab strength, B301 provides excellent resistance to plasticizer migration, ensuring lasting bond integrity. Its advanced formula ensures smooth application, quick tack formation, minimal odor, and easy cleanup, making it ideal for professional flooring installations.

ULTIMATE VERSATILITY

B301 may be used to adhere LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile), LVP (Luxury Vinyl Plank), and sheet vinyl. Suitable over all properly prepared substrates common to resilient flooring installations (on or above grade only), including concrete, APA-grade plywood, cementitious-based patch/underlayments, gypsum-based patch/underlayments (in dry, above-grade applications), terrazzo, and radiant-heated flooring.

MOISTURE & ALKALI RESISTANCE

B301 is formulated to resist moderate moisture vapor from concrete substrates, supporting bonding in conditions up to 90% RH, and a pH of up to 10.0. Always measure the in situ RH of concrete slabs in accordance with ASTM F2170, and test the slab pH.

CURE TIME

Traffic: Normal traffic may resume after 24 hours. Avoid high rolling loads for 72 hours. Wet mopping can be done after 1 week.

COVERAGE

Ensure proper adhesive coverage. Most resilient flooring types require >95% transfer. Trowel sizes listed are suggested to ensure proper bond while maximizing adhesive coverage.
